Our Classes
Magic Moments for Children
offers individual classrooms for infants, transitional-infants, toddlers, pre-schoolers, pre-kindergartners, AND a full-day kindergarten licensed through the Department of Education. Each age group has their OWN spacious classroom filled with developmentally and educationally appropriate toys and activities that promote all areas of development.
Our Curriculum
At our school, we develop our school-year program
by making sure to address all the developmental needs of a growing child as well as the educational standards of the state of Pennsylvania. These include: small and gross motor development, math and science development, reading and literacy development, art and music development, social and emotional development, multicultural awareness and social acceptance.
We also recognize that we are in an increasingly technological age, so computers and tablets loaded with educational programs are available in the preschool through kindergarten classrooms. However, we are very conscious of not allowing these to replace the importance of hands-on learning and social interaction.
Summer Program
The fun and learning doesn't end when the school year does! During June, July and August we offer a fun and exciting summer program that includes cool weekly themes, water play, special in-school performances for all age groups, and field trips for the older children.
